Micro Bladding

• Current use of retinal or active skincare ingredients using alpha or beta hydroxyl acids or chemical peels (14 days).
• Use of blood thinners
• Diabetes
•  Autoimmune disorders
• History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
• Allergies to ingredients in topical aesthetics or pigments
• Pregnant or nursing
• Recent botox or fillers in the area being treated (14 days)
• Accutane or other prescription acne medication use (12 months)
• Chemotherapy (12 months)
• Diseases or infection

Day 1

• Some swelling and redness. Should resolve within a few hours. (Day 2-7 )
• Eyebrows will appear up to 50% darker than the intended results. This is due to pigment stain and existing and will slough off naturally. Eyebrows may Feel itchy and light scabs will form. Skin will be rough to the touch. 

Day  5-7

• Pigment will begin to flake between 5-7 days and will appear lighter than the intended results. This is due to new skin Concealing the pigment.

Day 7-28

• Skin will continue to heal and the vanished pigment will reappear during the natural regeneration cycle. 

• All clients will need to return for a touch-up appointment 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure.

Is there any pain during the procedure?

• As you will be given a topical anaesthetic prior to the procedure (consisting of 5% Lidocaine), you should not feel much more than pressure during the procedure.

How long is the recovery time? 

• The recovery time for this procedure is approximately 6-8 weeks.
